REPAIRED - EMEGENCY WATER OUTAGE affecting east side of 34000 block of Hwy 550

8.25.2026 - Service has been restored. Thank you for your patience while our operators worked diligently to restore your water service as quickly and safely as possible. You may notice discoloration in your water, this is not harmful and will clear up after running cold water through your faucets for a few minutes.

Today 08.25.2026, there will an unplanned water outage affecting Thompson Ln, Rio Grande Drive, Hermosa Hills Condominiums, The Pines, Pine Acres, and the 34000 block of Hwy 550 due to a water main break. Our operators are mobilizing and will be onsite soon. Please do not call the emergency pager if you are in this area. We are unsure how long your service will be out but are working dilligently to repair service as soon as possible, and we will send an updated text alert and update the website once your water service has been restored.
